David has designed, managed and collaborated in the development of hundreds of projects and has more than 35 years of practice experience in New Jersey, Florida, Alabama and Louisiana, that has allowed David to leverage a deep understanding of “Best Practices” to bring building projects under budget and on time on a consistent basis.
A member of design teams that have garnered American Institute of Architects Design Honor Awards, with a design philosophy inspired by client, site and settings, David has executed designs in Modern, South Louisiana/Gulf Coast vernacular and Neoclassical idioms, while possessing a keen understanding of how quality affects budgeting of project criteria.

- Extensive knowledge of building systems, envelope construction, enables him to provide the most cost-effective solutions.
- Expert in renovation and masonry restoration with historic renovations to credit.
- 30+ years project management experience with client contact in the development of large multistory campus developments to small facilities.
- Experienced in Traditional Neighborhood Development and Planning, including design and review as Town Architect of individual buildings within TNDs.
- Expert in Facilities Assessments. Proficient in developing formats for Facilities Assessments with a thorough understanding of industry standards including life cycle costing, facility condition indexing and impact of deferred maintenance.
- Expert in Low Impact Development for sites.
