The building’s design evokes traditional iconic south Louisiana building elements and includes a dedicated unit to memory care and residents with Alzheimers.

Amenities include courtyards with traditional building elements, hardscape and landscape designed to heighten sensory recollection and relieve systems of memory loss.

Interiors of the evoke traditional south Louisiana residences, includes finishes with warm earth tones and lighting designed to reduce visual noise and glare. Memory care area includes memory boxes for memory wayfinding.

Magnolia ADHC

Designed as a neighborhood activity center for seniors including those with memory loss, who are in need of daytime care, primary medical care and various modalities of treatment.

The building is sited on the existing Magnolia Estates Nursing Facility Campus and shares multiple services including dietary, therapy and others.
